They’re not exactly wrong.
Most of these forfeitures happen with no charges ever being made. So they take assets they believe are illegal and then you have to prove they aren’t to get it back. And good luck with that…🙄. I guess your odds are still better than with the (illegal) crooks.

Restaurant employees have seen a 40% decline in tips and a 60% increase in harassment; especially women, during the pandemic. Most states still allow under minimum wage pay for tipping positions. Some people legally make $2 an hour and have to live off tips and some customers take advantage of that power dynamic.
With men asking female servers to take off their mask so they can judge how much to tip. Beyond horrible!!! They should have a living wage. Especially in these times; putting their lives on the line.
