Sea otters

Sea otters are my favorite animal. They are just so cute. I love their communal nature. They are also a keystone species, making them very precious and necessary to their ecosystem. And they are just adorable, although mating supposedly can get violent sometimes.

But if I had to pick an animal to be it would be the cougar; strong, majestic loner.

I’m watching a documentary, so that’s why I’m thinking of this. In between the commentary I ask questions or interject an ohh or a wow. It’s amazing what an “is that so?” , “8 times?” or “do tell” can do for it. Making it feel like dialogue and not a monologue. It makes it more fun or funny. And I can laugh while I look at the beautiful scenery and animals.

It’s great and my mood is light and uplifted from watching it. So much to love about nature in our beautiful world.
