I want to do a liver flush, even though I really am not fond of them. The whole process: super easy, not enjoyable at all.
But the correct order for doing a cleanse is to clean the bowels first. Now this only makes sense. If your bowels are all gunked up and you do this wonderful, pain in the ass liver cleanse, and get out all this crap, like old, old bile, gallstones and parasites but they exit the gallbladder and liver only to then get stuck in your bowels and potentially reabsorbed. Yuck. I know. But truthful and logical. What would be the point?
So I started a mucoid plaque flush and I’m so glad I did. I hadn’t done one in at least 2 years and that had been my first one. I’m not sure the time frame for these but I’m guessing it’s probably dependent on how well your bowels function as a whole.
My life lately has been difficult and if anything it seems to be taking a mellow downswing, but I feel good right now. Mentally, emotionally I’m feeling more clear than I have in a while. I can see where and how I’ve been misfiring a little. And I have the motivation to try and fix it. Which is huge.
It’s like forcing yourself to go to the gym versus really wanting to be there. You can do the former, easily too once you get in the habit, but the latter is just so much better. Maybe because you get to enjoy the gear up and the process and not just the accomplishment of having done it.
I don’t know. But I see where even through this difficulty with my children, the pandemic, my business, my trying to have a social life and take care of my own mental health, I see that I’ve been in a bit of a dark tunnel and I didn’t even really realize it. But I feel like I can see lights up ahead and I can’t tell you what a blessing this feels like right now.
My recipe is simple. The original protocol calls for a week. I may go 2-4 weeks. But that’s the limit. You can not go past a month because psyllium husk is too abrasive to use for over month long stretches, specifically regards the villi in the small intestine.
I supplement with a daily enema but one could do a daily enema or weekly colonic. The point being that the material is very sticky and has a bunch of stuff attached to it you want out asap, since it’s been sluff off of the intestinal walls you definitely do not want it reabsorbed or sticking around more.
Easy mucoid plaque recipe
8 ounces liquid (flavored helps, something you can drink quickly)
2-3 tablespoons of psyllium husk (pure no fillers, start with 2 tbsp and work up to 3)
1 teaspoon food grade pure diatamaceous earth
2 drops Iodine 2% solution (optional)
If possible, take on empty stomach.
Put psyllium husk in a glass, add diatamaceous earth, add liquid and 2 drops of Iodine, mix well and drink quickly.
Do this once, preferably twice a day, I’ve done 3 no problem, but it’s a bit of overkill. Space at least 3 hours apart, preferably more. This should not take the place of food, but may fill your stomach for a bit immediately after taking it.
This is what I use. It’s super easy and truly effective. You will be amazed.
Liver flush. I should throw in a parasite cleanse for my whole body. The mucoid plaque flush helps clear a lot out of the intestines, but definitely not the entire body. Maybe after the liver flush.
I think I may need to really buckle down and do a series of them. Even though I’ve found NAC I still need a master reset. And the liver flush is the only thing I know that will do that. Even The Gerson Institute said that they could not cure thyroid or liver issues. And as restorative as the liver is, mine really seems to need a little sprucing up right now.
It’s almost 5am. I should get to sleep. I get to sleep in tomorrow, but still.
