I have always had the uncanny ability to sleep well. I consider it a bit of a super power. No matter what is going on in my life, where I am, what the circumstances are….I can sleep and, generally speaking, usually very well.

Not so much if I’m too hot or too cold. But otherwise……
Except since I moved my bed last week I can’t sleep. I keep feeling like I can’t breath. As if I had sleep apnea and I wake up with a headache, my neck sore, my jaw sore, some kind of pain.
This is completely atypical and I am not enjoying this at all. Deep sleep is absolutely necessary for rejuvenation and a reset of the nervous system. I will not be very useful to anyone, and be far grouchier, if I don’t start sleeping better.
I’m going to test out a theory tonight. I am literally only sleeping 3 feet from where I was sleeping before I moved my bed. Same direction and everything. But now my head is directly above an electrical outlet. I have everything shut off before I go to sleep, but on the other side of the wall is a very heavily utilized outlet. I will unplug everything on both sides and see if I can sleep better.
I am also going to try to get myself accustomed to sleeping without a pillow. For my own body the ergonomics are more comfortable without a pillow, but I’ve slept with one so long I need to retrain myself now.
I suppose it’s not for everyone, but I can feel it is for me. Now to get out of a lifelong habit is another thing altogether. Lol
Here’s to a good night’s sleep.

Thanks. It’s a mixed bag. I hope it is that because then I have a solution. At the same time it just proves how very sensitive I am to EMF’S. Which I already knew but this is even more extreme than I believed. 😒
