I was thinking of my aunt. How so many seniors don’t want to leave their homes but find no solutions What if……we paired the needy kids and teenagers in foster care with seniors? Now obviously there would need to be some serious vetting and appropriate age/ability factors for both parties. But it’s a plausible solution and it could potentially lesson the government burden as it would mean a consolidation of services in one household.
Just a passing thought.

I was thinking about how they could match them by numerology even to make sure they would get along. Lol
That got me to thinking about occult numerology. It’s something that just came into my stratosphere. It’s been linked to dark forces, the Illuminati and now to new encryption and unbreakable security technology. I want to delve into it further, but what I’ve found on the internet so far is either very conspiracy theorist or very hard to follow along; like purposefully so. Which makes me think I’m onto something very interesting. Lol
All these loose threads one can pull on in life to take one down a new rabbit hole of information and experiences.
Sometimes I’m just so amused by it all.
Your passing thought is a good one… if one could convince a local government to pay for such a program.

Theoretically it would be close effective. In Oregon there are so many children needing places to stay that they have to have the govt. workers stay in motels with them overnight.

It’s a growing social issue and one that could smite two birds but, again, while you could get politicians to agree that this is a great idea, their main thing is gonna be, “Who’s gonna pay for it?” What’s it gonna cost to, say, change a human services department so that they can match these kids with seniors who need to have someone with them? What do we have to do in order to proper vet everyone involved – would we need the FBI to do background checks? Can our own processes handle this new influx of work?
If we can successfully match people, what’s it gonna cost going forward… and are those costs going to be greater than those that are currently incurred (and if such a thing like you mentioned even exists)?

Yep. Agreed. But no reason to bother ourselves with such things. It’s probably never gonna happen. But thanks for entertaining the idea with me. That’s always more fun. 😉
