I’ve decided that inflammation is the root of most degenerative health issues. Gut inflammation being especially damaging as it then causes a chain reaction in the entire ecosystem of the body. Unfortunately inflammation can be caused by many things including: stress, bad (for your body) diet, lack of deep regenerative sleep, lack of exercise, toxins, on and on and on.
People often ask me what should I eat? By the time some people come see me they’ve tried every single diet and elimination therapy and extreme nutrition program you can think of and yet they aren’t feeling great. Their digestion seems no better. I mean yes, most people seem to do remarkably well with things like the Gaps Diet, but then what?
If the overall system is overloaded more and more things will start to affect it. In other words a person will become more and more sensitive to things even as they start to eliminate them. It’s an interesting phenomenon really. So what’s there to do?
Manage the inflammation first and clean out the gut and small intestine second, do an extensive parasite cleanse and then a thorough liver cleanse cycle. And I believe absolutely everyone can benefit from this protocol regardless of medical condition or diagnosis.
Things that I personally like for inflammation include: tumeric and (inner fillet) pure aloe vera juice. Not the one with sugar obviously (as it is an inflammatory) and not the one with outer husk as it functions as a laxative as well. I also like colloidal silver and castor oil as adjuncts. All of these are easily absorbed and utilized where the body wants and needs them to fight inflammation.
I’m a less is more person. Nature provides us with some kick-ass medicinal plants, herbs and such made especially for us….. or so it seems to me. And I like to utilize those gifts given to us by nature and God. Call me what you will. Hippy. Whatever. I don’t care. It makes sense to me, in my heart and I’ve seen the benefits from my own experiences and with my own eyes. Good enough for me.
